- Do I need to know which treatment I want before booking?
- No. Most visits start with a quick read of your skin. Tell Naimeh what you’d like it to look or feel like and she’ll suggest the treatment — or combination — that fits, and explain why.
- How is care “tailored to me”?
- PureSkin is a single-practitioner studio, so one set of trained hands assesses your skin in person each visit and builds the treatment around what it’s doing that week — not a fixed menu step you receive regardless.
- Where are you located, and is there parking?
- Inside Salon Boutique at Preston Pavilion — 8335 Westchester Dr #10, Room 63, near the corner of Preston Rd. and NW Highway in Highland Park. There’s free surface parking at the center.
- How do I book an appointment?
- Call or text 972-900-0111, or use the Book a Visit button. Every booking is personally reviewed before it’s confirmed, so you always speak with the practitioner rather than a system.
- Do you show prices on the site?
- No. Because each visit is tailored to your skin and goals, pricing is shared when you reach out, once Naimeh knows what you’re looking for. There are no packages to decode.
- How should I prepare for a first facial?
- Come with clean skin if you can, skip strong exfoliating actives for a day or two beforehand, and bring any questions. Naimeh will walk you through everything before starting.
- How often should I come in?
- It depends on your skin and what you’re working toward. Some treatments are lovely as a one-off before an event; others look their best as a short series. Naimeh will give you an honest, no-pressure cadence.
- What about results in the before-and-after photos?
- Any photos shown are real clients, shared with consent, and reflect appearance only. Individual results vary, and Naimeh is candid about what a treatment can and can’t do for how your skin looks.
